Tonight, I started my bread starter. I am making something very special for Mr. D's family when we go on vacation. I have to stir it for 5 days and feed it and then stir it for 5 more and feed it and so on and so forth. I am excited about this adventure in baking.

Umm, I can't decide if I am intrigued or disgusted. I can't imagine what you would have to stir for more than 10 days...
